✨ It's the holiday season, and winter is here!
I wanted to send out a fresh blog for all your holiday needs. I’ve been taking some time off to focus on my kids, and it has been amazing. I’m so grateful for this time, but I’ve missed sharing knowledge and connecting with the community! I truly appreciate your support through the years. I hope you enjoy this post and look out for more content and blogs in the future.
✨ Happy holidays to you and yours! I’m wishing you a happy, healthy, and peaceful new year.

First up: a few of my favorite seasonal items!
I’ve been noticing so much more discussion about food ingredients on social media and in news outlets. I’m extremely happy that this is coming to light, as I’ve been trying to spread awareness for years. I’m excited for the future and to see how our food system evolves. Remember to always read your food labels.
Protein Powder & My New Favorite Smoothie:

Smoothie:
-1 scoop chocolate peppermint protein
-2oz avocado
-1/2 cup black beans
-handful of ice
-1 cup spinach
**Blend and serve!
